3. Conditions for a Refund
To qualify for a refund under our 14-day guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

5. How to Request a Refund

In the body of the ticket, provide a detailed explanation of why you are requesting the refund, including links to any previous support tickets related to the issue. Our billing department reviews all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for your bank to process the credit.
