If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Intellectual Property and Licensing
All WordPress themes and plugins produced by Blue Heronnest are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0 or later. This means you have the freedom to use our products on as many websites as you like, and modify the code as needed. However, the proprietary designs, graphics, CSS, branding, and content specifically generated by Blue Heronnest (excluding the PHP code covered by the GPL) remain the intellectual property of Blue Heronnest. You may not claim our original aesthetic designs as your own or resell the products as standalone items without substantial modification, in accordance with GPL stipulations.
3. License Keys and Support
When you purchase a product from our website, you are provided with a valid license key. This license key grants you access to automatic product updates and our premium technical support desk for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- Fair Use: Support is provided to the original license holder. License keys may not be shared, distributed on public forums, or resold. If we detect that a license key is being abused or utilized on an unreasonable number of unauthorized sites, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the key without notice.
- Scope of Support: Our support covers help with setting up the product, ensuring it works as advertised, and fixing verifiable bugs. We do not provide support for custom modifications, third-party plugin conflicts, or general WordPress education.
4. User Representations and Account Security
